It’s a brand-new dawn in Orem, let it grow.
Those words were sung by the students who compose the Scera Park Singers, from Scera Park Elementary School, as they capped off a cold Monday morning opening of the Orchard Park and Kids Place at University Place.
The park is just another step in the transition of University Mall into the large, mixed-use development of University Place, owned and operated by the Woodbury Corporation.
