Join us at our 8th annual Pioneer Day Celebration for an unforgettable evening of explosive entertainment.
There will be a short dance party for kids with some special guests and performances by DJ Paul Sleem, Bluegrass Thunder & party band, Music City Groove.
Then be prepared to be awestruck as the night sky comes alive with breathtaking fireworks show choreographed to music! If you have not seen this firework show you will want to be sure to come to this years.
Check out the market of over 50 local vendors, provided by Sunset Farmers Markets.
Grab some treats from the food vendors or the many restaurants in the food court or around University Place campus.
The performances and the firework music will be broadcast on the radio. The station number will be announced via social media and on this website the day of the event. If you are not on the University Place campus you may be too far away for the radio signal.
Guidelines:
**Reserving spots in The Orchard is prohibited prior to 4:00 PM.
**To save a spot there must be at least one person present at all times. Any items left unattended will be moved.
**Reminder NO DOGS or other animals are allowed in The Orchard other than official Service Animals.
**NO ALCOHOL/Smoking or Vaping allowed in The Orchard.
**No unauthorized vendors. Only vendors approved by University Place and the Sunset Farmers Market will be allowed.

Paul Sleem
Paul is a Professional Master of Ceremonies.
He has years of experience working with Global companies and brands within the entertainment and sports industry, such as Nike, Lego, NBA, London Marathon, Manchester United and City.
His work has allowed him to travel to countries like America, France, Monaco, Norway, Taiwan, Sweden, UAE, and Germany, to name a few.
He currently works and lives in the US and also does Motivational Presentations within schools.
Bluegrass Thunder
Bluegrass Thunder is a bluegrass band based out of Utah Valley, specializing in bluegrass, old Western, & folk music.
Music City Groove
Music City Groove is a 7-piece band that is unmatched in their phenomenal arrangements of popular songs that effortlessly blend from one song to the next. With powerhouse vocals, killer musicianship, and mind-blowing arrangements, their high energy performance will keep you dancing and signing along all night long.
