Offices at University Place

University Place will be home to five Class-A Office Buildings. The first of which, 545 University Place, is now open and occupied. Up next will be construction on a nine-story office building, which will be the tallest structure in Orem. Each office building will be within walking distance of our two-acre outdoor space The Orchard, as well as all of our shopping and dining.
